PROFILE OVERVIEW
Create Confidentially and implement marketing campaigns using tools like Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
Provide sales and marketing data analysis and reporting including metrics and results for the marketing campaign ROI.
Deliver support in the areas of SFDC configuration, administration, reporting, data migration, solution design, and project coordination.
Develop different Email templates for the implementation of a dynamic email marketing program using AMP Script, HTML, and CSS
Good knowledge of providing security to users by using Profiles, Roles, and Permission set.
Involve in the SDLC phases like Requirement Analysis, Implementation, and estimating the timelines for the project.
Design and execute customized solutions, such as API integration and using Data Extensions, by leveraging Salesforce Confidential (SFMC) and other toolsets and
leveraging industry best practices.
Build and manage technical SFMC infrastructure for supporting the client's growing consumer marketing practice.
Design mobile responsive email mock-ups that are built out and integrated into the Salesforce.
Create emails in Exact Confidential using the content builder and HTML
