• Field plan 7 allows planners to view job that are ready to be executed and Technician’s data for planning
depending on selected plan type which could be capacity as well as deployment plan.
• Technician’s skills and PWAs preferences can be edited, and those can be included and excluded from the
deployment plan.
• Upon running the planning engine after making required changes, the deployment plan along with capacity
plan is refreshed to reflect the modification.

• Based on the plan type, planning is of two type’s:-
• Deployment Plan :- when plans are generated for small and medium term planning, This is weekly plan
applicable for 7days.
• Capacity Plan :- when plans are generated for medium to long term planning.

• Providing L1 support to client on 24*7 basis.
• Attended daily status meeting to follow up & resolve outstanding group issue.
• Development & maintenance all technical documents.
• Setup cron job, user accounts maintenance.
• Proactive monitoring for file system growth.
• Having good knowledge of Linux/Unix commands like grep, ps, top, ls, zip etc.
• Execution of DDL and DML statement in SQL Server to analyze and rectify issue.
• Having knowledge about database object like Table, View, Sequence, Synonym and Subquery, join, Set
Operator, Constraint in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Good understanding of ITIL for Incident management, Change management, Problem management. Working in
co-ordination with DBA & support vendor for any issues related to the database & application.
• Resolving application related queries and issues based on the ticketing system.
• Sending daily report to client about application availability.

• Check email alert, notification mails & any tickets in queue with their priority.
• Weekly meeting with client to discuss the WSR (Weekly status report) for ongoing issues.
