§ Having 6.0+Yrs demonstrated experience with involvement in the end-to-end functions in Automotive/Electrical Ancillaries Mfg. Industry.
§ Currently functioning as a Quality Manager for QA Dept.
§ Involved in APQP process with CFT during Process Development & Validation phase.
§ Involved in Product Technical Feasibility, Supporting in preparation of Costing Sheet through understanding Customer Product Drawing & Requirements.
§ Performing Reverse Engineering.
§ Involved in the development of Process Drawing & Process Design.
§ Preparing, Analyzing, and Monitoring of PFMEA tool (AIAG 4TH Edition & AIAG+VDA 1ST Edition), DR Document process wise considering Product Drawing, Process Drawing, and Tool /Die Design.
§ Preparing Control Plan/IPO/PQCS process-wise as per customer linking SOP/WI.
§ Monitoring Change Request Management (ECN/ICR) internal and external.
§ Preparing supplier PPAP/IPP as per customer.
§ Responsible for Customer Complaint Closure with CFT as per QMS procedure.
§ Involved in Customer Complaint) Root Cause Analysis & Troubleshooting (8D) through providing engineering solutions.

§ Ensure deployment quality system (QMS) in all the processes.

§ Tracking, Analysis, and Troubleshooting of In-House Rejection/Customer Return/Vendor Rejection.
§ Praticising & confirming component inspection concerning product drawing.
§ Analyze all components of CMM/Renishaw Equator/ Contracer reports and confirm their GD&T as per drawing to deliver high-quality products.
§ Practicing Product Layout Audit, Process Audit, and 5S Audit.
§ Monitoring SPC & Performing Process Capability studies on the shop floor.
§ Monitoring Gauge Calibration/Fixture Validation/MSA as per plan.
