Description:

BCS is a maintenance and enhancement of the on-line banking activities such as Account Opening and Closing, Loan Approval/ Rejection process that are taking place in the banks six locations. It includes a monitoring system which will do periodic processing of all the transactions occurring in all accounts, deposits, savings and loans. It also includes a Credit Monitoring System, which does periodic monitoring of cash monitoring activities of all branches. Most of the work involved was application support and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Our company is looking for a mainframe support. To join our growing team, please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications.

• Collect, analyse and produce metrics on process data for KPIs to determine improvements

• Work will include core OMNI changes, system conversions from mainframe to SAS, support for peripheral downstream processing and project work to support the business

• Provide SME support for the Technology Operate team to address production outages

• Provide 24 X 7 support to Mainframe applications and work on enhancements and projects

• Candidate will work in development project and also support applications

• Need to participate in meeting with business users to collect the requirements and need to come up with technical design

• Guide offshore team in coding and unit testing

• Review and deliverables and help business users in UAT

• Provide 24 X 7 support for Sev1 issues

• Assisting clients and partners in understanding and development of Dev Ops architecture and toolsets at Enterprise levels
