- Project deals with Client account creation for Single or Joint Customers for Different Brands of the applications. Single and Joint Customers will be New or Existing Customers. First Name and Email ID’s are the Mandatory Fields in the Application Form for the Account creation. Email will be triggered to the user after successful creation of the account. Email received by the customer will have his basic mandatory details like First name, ARN Number, Email ID & Contact No.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Performed the role of salesforce Sales cloud & Service cloud.
- Manage day to day Salesforce CRM.
- Implementation with Objects, Fields & Relationships, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, Record types, Process Builders, workflows and flows based on requirement.

- The project is based on sales cloud. It is about selling or distributing McAfee product in effective manner. In this project we are following standard process of salesforce to convert the leads and generate in to account, contact and opportunity where leads are generated by marketing team and some with Email triggered as well. For pricing we are using CPQ tool.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Performed the role of salesforce Sales cloud & Service cloud.
- Involved in user management like creating user, profiles, roles, security setting including Role Hierarchy, Profiles, Sharing rules
