Description: This project deals with user registration and giving support to the users for their purchased products. Registration will happen in 2 ways and we have multiple layers in registration for security. We will have 2 databases for this, SFDC and AAA. The front is AEM, all the UI is available here and they will send requests to Dellbhoomi and then SFDC. once the request comes to SFDC actual registration process will start. If the user is not available in the system, we will create the user in salesforce and once the user is created, we will send a request to AAA to create a user in their system. Once the user has been created in AAA, it will send the response back to SFDC with FTL information(First-time login) to set the password. Once FTL is done and the user logs into the application, SFDC will send all the information related to the user to AEM, it will contain the information related to what the user can do and what he cannot.
Main advantage in this project is even if the new system comes into the picture with just configurations we can complete the registration process for new system without having the code changes. Have received 2 beyond excellence awards and Star of the quarter for this implementation
Same registration process without using the AEM site, we can create users in salesforce(Back end registration) and we can process multiple users using the bulk operation
Once FTL is completed, user can see his dashboard information and support information(cases). We can raise cases to salesforce in 3 ways, Live chat, call me and Email me.
